The Facilities Management Association of Australia represents Facilities Management Professionals. Facility Management Professionals are the people who manage assets, people, process and the work environment. Facility Managers are bound by government legislations including building industry, council, and disability access codes. In addition, Facilities Managers carry out the instructions and regulations of building owners and form the vital communication and contact point between the tenant and landlord.

The time and effort Intact Projects employees put into the association is vital to Intact Projects being ahead of the changes in the FM industry which affect the Facilities Managers, building owners and tenants.
