Intact Projects are a proud member of the Green Building Council Of Australia (GBCA), adpating and implementing design and construction of today for a better tomorrow.

A green building incorporates design, construction and operational practices that significantly reduce or eliminate negative effects on the environment and its occupants. Building green is an opportunity to use resources efficiently while creating healthier environments for people to live and work in.

The GBCA was launched in 2002 by Che Wall who is also the Chair of The World Green Building Council. The GBCA is a national, non profit organisation that is uniquely supported by both industry and governments across the country. The Green Building Council's mission is to develop a sustainable property industry for Australia and drive the adoption of green building practices through market-based solutions.

Intact Projects commitment to the GBCA ensures we are a leader within the Commercial Fitout Industry adapting green practices to build a sustainable future.

Intact Projects employees attend Green Star Accredited Professional Courses to ensure we are kept informed about Green Star and green building practices.
