Refurbishment of existing heritage listed building

Construction Features

Modernisation of an existing Heritage building maintaining it's own integrity.

Installation of new mechanical systems not previously in situ

High glazed office fronts with mezzanine floors to maintain the heritage features exposed

Structural steel framing to support an accessible mezzanine floor & new AC units

Installation of Austube lighting which integrates lighting, smoke detection and warning system.

Construction of all offices to suit existing masonry structure incorporating natural light and ventilation issues.
