Our design personnel are teamed up with a project manager, ensuring all practical aspects of any design are carefully considered and correctly documented prior to the construction phase.
Our design services include:-
- Brief & Space Plan Analysis
- Sketch design drawings that adequately identify the design
- Storage philosophy
- Providing finishes boards to demonstrate design intent and theme
- Full AutoCad documentation to allow the complete construction
Our project manager provides:-
- Develop engineering services and co-ordinate specialist consultants
- Provide and update statements of probable costs
- Preparation and lodgement of submissions to council for DA / CC approval
- Review construction programme and revise accordingly
- Submit tender packages to nominated building contractors / suppliers
- Assess tender results and provide recommendation
Our teams have many years of practical experience, and with our quality systems will enable a simple and effective processes from the initial concept stage outlining corporate vision and needs and through your move and occupation.
